Receiving a parcel
On receipt, check the packaging and products. For damage or discrepancies, retain the packaging and send photographs and enquiry details to contact@peptidalab.eu.
Returns
For a return or complaint, contact contact@peptidalab.eu before shipping for instructions and the return address. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Damaged or incorrect products
The proposed procedure is to stop using the material, retain the packaging, take photographs, record the batch and notify us in writing. The remedy will be determined after verification and in accordance with applicable law.
